What Does Zetia Treat?

You have to wait at least 4-5 hours before taking Zetia after using any of these drugs. But it would be better to consult your doctor at first.
You CAN take Zetia with the following medicines: fenofibrate (like Antara), with any of the "statin" medications like lovastatin (as Mevacor), simvastatin (as Zocor), pravastatin, Lescol, Lipitor or cerivastatin.

Do not expect Zetia will completely reduce your high cholesterol level if you do not take any other measures like a special diet or exercises and weight control program. That is why to increase Zetia healing effect stop eating a high-cholesterol food.
